About Us:

This website was built in the spirit of absolute and complete transparency to provide resources, information, documentation, and to empower all Ponderosa Park homeowners in continuing to collaborate and creating/maintaining a peaceful and inviting community.

This site and logo were designed by an involved volunteer PPOA homeowner with the sole purpose of transparency for all and is intended for current homeowners.
