    Meeting was conducted from 12:00pm - 3:30pm PST.

    Highlights from this meeting include:

    1. Removal of DRC/ACC (Design Review) authority and additional restrictions. Five local agencies already review for compliance and safety. A sixth is unnecessary and burdensome. Many homeowners spoke out against this during the meeting. It was generally agreed amongst those present to limit the DRC/ACC review to simply a plans + specs document submission since they would be public record through Douglas County anyways. Scope of DRC/ACC review to approve is simply “submission of plans and specs”. No other grounds to deny.

    2. Removal of “18 ft. building height restrictions” placed into draft CC&R updates.

    3. Guaranteed parking spot issue (Spot for each unit).
